At KidStrong we help kids win at life! KidStrong is a science-based kids training program for strong, confident high character kids. With a membership you get one 45 minute age appropriate class per week taught by highly trained and certified coaches. You also get unlimited Explore and Play options. Everything that we do out on our blue mats is designed by child development experts, focusing on developing the right skills at the right time. In addition to classes we offer camps, and birthday parties.
